I was born and raised in Nashua, NH. I got my start in the art of cooking at the age of 15 when my parents Joe and Nancy opened a small sandwich cafe in the mill area off Main Street in 1990. I worked side by side with my parents and siblings Craig and Nancy J.R. until my parents retired in 2002. I finally got the opportunity to open my own cafe with my wife Kara in 2007. My culinary influences continue to grow along with my passion for creating a mix of original dishes blended with the classics that help separate Twigs Cafe LLC from the typical breakfast and lunch food service!
